What We Are Building
Most ecommerce agencies hire for general digital marketing capability and train people on specific platforms. We do not. We hire people who already know their platforms deeply and give them the infrastructure, client roster, and operational environment to do their best work at scale.
The team we are building is one where every account manager is a genuine expert in the platforms they manage — not a generalist who has touched several platforms and knows none of them well. That specialisation is what produces the measurable outcomes this agency is built to deliver, and it is what makes the work here substantive.
